In 2018, Joanie Berkwitz gave me a huge box of model horse publications, catalogs and ephemera. Slowly, I have been scanning the material and still have much more to do. Among the material she gave me were a huge stack of Model Horse Shower's Journals (MHSJ), one of the more significant model publications in the early days of the hobby.
I wrote to Linda Walter, who was the editor of MHSJ, and asked if she would allow me to scan and publish the old issues on my website. She replied with a charming, gracious letter giving me permission to do so. At some point I will scan the letter here as well.
